Chung Ming Chan, Chief Executive Officer / Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Chan is an accomplished and driven professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her almost 25 years of experience in administration and human resources will provide the team with a thorough understanding in the importance of up-to-date workplace policies. In her various Human Resources positions, she plays a crucial role in reviewing and developing numerous workplace policies and handbooks which comply with local labour laws. Ms. Chan accomplished a Bachelor of Business Administration for the Open University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work from City University of Hong Kong.
Chui Ying Chow, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Chow’s years of experience in administration and as a document controller will be vital to the success of UpdateMaster. She was central in the Document Control System for one of the largest investor-owned businesses in Asia. The business focuses on energy and she ensured important project documents were up to date, filed, and distributed to the project teams for review and comment. She also achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu.
Yuen Man Tam, Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Tam is a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional. She was vital in generating creative ideas, formulating marketing strategies, launching promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs. She also implemented and follow up on media advertising and production of promotional materials. She attained a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Translation with a minor in German from the Hong Kong University.
